Robotics Instructional Laboratory – Room E2237

Students in the ENGR 427 Robotics class use this lab to complete group projects using the Adept Cobra 600 robots. Teams of students in the EGRM 300 Mechanical Systems Design class are required to design and fabricate a mechanical device to accomplish a specific task (e.g. pick up objects of various size, shape and weight and place them in a container). The testbed for this device is in Room E2237, and students in the course use this room to test and demonstrate their device. In addition, this lab is used by some student teams to complete their senior design projects.
