Objective
Increase participation of women and minorities in engineering and Computer Science
E.D.E.N. aims to reach women and minorities:
- prior to the beginning of their college education in order to bring them into the discipline
- while they are undergraduates in order to increase their retention and desire to continue as graduate students
- while they are graduate students
