Virginia Commonwealth University is pleased to announce the ADVANCE Leadership Workshop, navigating your pathway to success. This program is designed to build a strong community base among women junior faculty and to help develop the skills needed for a successful career. Supported by a National Science Foundation grant, this program targets female, tenure track (but untenured) engineering professors. All women that have these characteristics are encouraged to apply for the 2009 Leadership Workshop.
