Graduate study at VCU's School of Engineering offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge research in a unique interdisciplinary environment bridging undergraduate and career experiences.
The School of Engineering offers the Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy degrees in the following programs:
Biomedical engineering
M.S. and Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering and an M.D./Ph.D. program in participation with the VCU School of Medicine
Computer science
M.S. and post-baccalaureate certificate in Computer Science
Mechanical engineering
M.S. in Mechanical and Nuclear Engineering
Engineering
M.S. and Ph.D. in Engineering with tracks in:
- Chemical and Life Sciences Engineering
- Electrical and Computer Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering (Ph.D. only)
- Computer Science (Ph.D. only)
- Engineering track
Commonwealth Graduate Engineering Program
Master’s degree from one of five participating universities.
