Alumni, Parents, and Friends

At Virginia Commonwealth University’s School of Engineering, we strive to create a family environment. We work hard but try to have fun while doing so. Part of this effort is building relationships with our alumni, parents of current and prospective students, and friends in the community.

From fund-raising initiatives to volunteer activities to weekly breakfasts, our alumni, parents and friends provide our students and faculty wonderful and unique opportunities for scholarship and educational programs.

Recently the university celebrated the conclusion of the Campaign for VCU; the largest capital campaign in university history.  The campaign raised $410.3 million, of which $67 million was for our Campaign for the School of Engineering.
