Computer labs
The school supports and houses two general purpose computer labs, two computer classrooms, and a lab for electronic design automation.
The general purpose labs are located in:
- West Hall, Room 102 (72 workstations)
- East Hall, Room E1225 (35 workstations)
The computer classrooms are located in:
- West Hall, Room 235 (26 workstations)
- East Hall, Room E1239 (36 workstations)
These four locations have Intel Core 2 Duo processor machines with identical software, consisting of Windows XP Professional, and all course-related applications.
The Electronic Design Automation Lab (West Hall, Room 213) has 26 SunBlade 1500 workstations, with the Solaris 9 operating system. This lab provides the Mentor Graphics Tools, and the Silvaco Tools.
In addition, Computing Services supports a number of specialized departmental instructional labs.
