OUR PURPOSE: TO INCREASE PARTICIPATION OF WOMEN AND MINORITIES  IN ENGINEERING AND COMPUTER SCIENCE

This program can be used to benefit all levels of education.  We aim to reach women and minorities:

• prior to the beginning of their college education in order to bring them into the discipline
• while they are undergraduates in order to increase their retention and desire to continue as graduate students
• while they are graduate students
